Leona — for in-home services: never book someone who cannot get there

What each person sees

• Clients — booking page, team member pages, region if in-home, postal+map if several sites. Not the admin. Not the staff portal.
• Staff — the appointment on their Lead Connector calendar. If Coco is on, their portal (hours, profile). They do not set filters or km.
• Admin — Custom Page: onboarding, staff object, filters you label, languages, coupon header, same-day popup/list, widgets, voice.

• Staff object per person. Default calendars have no staff custom fields. Leona adds services, hours, km they will drive, gender, languages, insurance receipts, about.
• Kilometre router, not a location list. In-home: how far each staff can drive for this service. A postal code is not a booking. Several sites: client → nearest. Too far is not a slot.
• Category as a page. Filter the catalog first. Variations and add-ons are visible, in this brand — not tiny circles on one messy list.
• Filters you label. You pick the staff-object field and the words clients see — “Woman or man”, “Direct billing”, “Speaks French”. Each filter is its own page. Km is one you name too.
• Closest first. Not always the same first name. About + Google reviews on the person so clients can choose.
• Your layout, your brand. You decide what comes first. Hide a step you do not need. Voice walks the same order.
• People as a category. Number of people filters which service categories they see, and can add a custom price per person. You can name a category that becomes its own logic step — “For 1”, then “Couples”, or any name you add.
• Add-ons and variations on the service so they buy more than the base hour.
• Signed-in clients skip the typing. Name, phone, address and number of people auto-populate from their contact.
• URL queries can pre-select service, staff, and a coupon.
• Single or tandem. Two linked appointments at the same start when both calendars are free.
• Form layout you map. Pay now, deposit, pay at place, or card on file — the settings you already use. We are not a payment provider.
• Voice. Checks availability, books, reschedules and cancels, confirmation by SMS or email. Same calendars, same contacts.
