Getting started
Get started with Mia Client Rebooking
Mia Client Rebooking brings your clients back to the person they already saw. It reads each client’s visit history, knows when they are due, and writes them a personal reminder with your booking link. Nothing is sent until you switch sending on.
1. Install and open the app
Install Mia Client Rebooking, then open Mia from the side menu of your account.
Price: shown on the app’s listing page.
After install, sending is off. You can set everything up, read the history and preview each message without a single client being written to.
2. Read your visit history
Mia reads the appointments already in your CRM and writes on each client: their last visit, who they saw, how many visits they have had and their last service. The history is refreshed every night.
That is what lets a reminder say who the client saw and what they had, not a generic “we miss you”.
3. Choose the moments
Switch on the ones you want. Each has its own message and its own delay.
- Due to come back — by number of visits (first visit, second, third, regulars), each with its own rhythm.
- Cancelled and did not show — an invitation to pick another time.
- Their person is away — a word before a holiday, or an offer to see someone else.
- Left the booking page — for a client who started a booking and stopped. This one needs Leona Booking, which reports that moment.
A client who already has a visit booked is never written to. A client with your skip tag is left alone.
4. The message
- It is written in the name of the team member the client saw last, with their first name and the service they had.
- It carries your booking link: your Leona Booking page if you have it, or the booking link you enter.
- It can carry an offer: you choose the amount or the percentage and how long it lasts. By default each client gets their own one-use code, created in your CRM’s coupons.
- It is sent by text or e-mail from your CRM’s own number and address; your CRM bills messages at its usual rates.
5. The safeguards
- One send switch for everything. Off after install, and switched off again when the app is uninstalled.
- Quiet hours you set, in your business’s time zone.
- Do not disturb is respected. A client marked do-not-disturb in your CRM is not written to.
- Unsubscribe works. Every text and e-mail names your business and carries a working opt-out; using it marks the client do-not-disturb and adds the unsubscribed tag.
- Consent age. By default Mia does not write to a client whose last visit is more than 24 months old, unless they carry your express-consent tag. You can change the number of months.
- E-mail footer. Your business name and address are added to every e-mail.
You are the sender of these messages. Check the consent rules that apply to you before you switch sending on.
6. The widget for your website
Book again is a small page or banner: “Book your next visit”, your offer when you have one, and a button to your booking page. Add it from your CRM’s website builder (Add element ▸ Widgets), where it links itself to your account, or copy its link for a message. Opened without your account in the link, it shows a neutral note and no offer.
7. Workflows
The app adds one trigger and one action to your CRM’s workflows.
Trigger — a rebooking moment happened: a client is due, changed segment, became inactive, a reminder was sent, a coupon was created, used or expired, a client came back.
Action — do a rebooking job: send the reminder, fill the visit history, read a client’s history, create a coupon.
The actions follow the same send switch, quiet hours and safeguards as the app.
What’s installed, and uninstalling
What’s installed lists every item the app created in your account and whether it is there.
Created at install or on first use: six contact fields (Mia · rebook · 01 last visit, 02 last staff, 03 appointment count, 04 coupon code, 05 coupon expiry, 06 last service); the tags Mia · rebook · 01 due, 02 unsubscribed and 03 skip; the trigger links Mia · rebook · 01 due, 03 abandoned and 08 unsubscribe; and, when you use offers, coupons named Mia · rebook · ….
Uninstalling removes the tags, the trigger links and the coupons the app created, and switches sending off.
Kept: the contact fields (they hold your clients’ history), your contacts, their do-not-disturb status, your conversations and your appointments.
To uninstall, remove the app from your CRM’s app marketplace (Installed apps).
